At Tempered Glass, we stand behind the quality of our screen protection products and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges if you are not completely satisfied. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original packaging and unused to ensure the integrity of the adhesive layer.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and the reason for the return.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the tempered glass in its original protective sleeve and box to prevent cracking during transit back to our facility.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item is undamaged and unused, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
